Payment, Delivery, and Return Policy

1. Payment

1.1. Payments can be made only through the methods provided on our website: https://skinprobiotic.ae.

1.2. We accept Visa and MasterCard bank cards.

1.3. All payments are processed via the Stripe payment gateway, ensuring secure and reliable transactions.

1.4. Our payment system complies with international security standards. All data is transmitted over secure channels using encryption technologies.

1.5. Card details are entered on a secure payment page and are not stored on our website.

1.6. Possible reasons for payment failure include:

  • The card is not authorized for online payments;

  • Insufficient funds;

  • Incorrect card details entered;

  • The card has expired.

2. Delivery and Pickup

2.1. Courier Delivery within the UAE:

  • Dubai: Courier delivery within Dubai is available at a flat rate of AED 25. Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 business days. Prior to delivery, our courier will contact you via the phone number provided to schedule a convenient delivery time.

  • Other Emirates: Courier delivery to other Emirates is available at a flat rate of AED 50. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.  Prior to delivery, our courier will contact you via the phone number provided to schedule a convenient delivery time.

  • International Delivery:
    We offer international shipping to most countries. After placing your order on our website, our team will contact you using the provided contact information to calculate the shipping cost based on your location and order details. Normally price is ready and the link of delivery cost will be sent to customer, after consideration of the weight of the shippment.
    Please note:

    • Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the product or shipping prices. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country.

    • The recipient is responsible for the customs clearance process and any associated fees in their country.

2.2. Self-Pickup (Click & Collect)

  • Self-pickup is available at our warehouse. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number.

  • You can collect your order starting from the next business day after placing it.

  • Please bring your order number for a smooth and quick pickup process.

3. Returns and Exchanges

3.1. In accordance with UAE consumer protection laws, customers have the right to return goods purchased online within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product has not been used;

  • The packaging is unopened and undamaged;

  • Seals, protective membranes, and labels are intact;

  • The return is initiated by the customer for a valid reason.

3.2. Exceptions: Due to hygiene regulations, personal care and cosmetic products are non-returnable if the packaging has been opened or tampered with, except in cases of confirmed defects or incorrect items received.

3.3. To report a defective product or if you received the wrong item, please send a return request to info@skinprobiotic.ae with the subject line: "Product Return".

3.4. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

3.5. For returns not due to a defect, the refund will be issued minus the delivery cost.
